“Overall the hotel is excellent, very clean and new. The breakfast is very good. The only thing is that the room is too warm and when we opened the windows, it’s quite noisy as our room is facing the road. ”

“Room was clean and renovated with a modern vibe. Breakfast was well prepared with fresh fruit, warm croissants, a good variety of cheese and served coffee and more. The only issue we had with the hotel was there was no one available to check us in upon arrival. The check in procedures, which are relatively simple, could have been easily provided to us well in advance. The check in experience could have been a lot less stressful. And we were let without WIFI for the whole evening until we met……

“The location at the top of Motovun had beautiful views of the valleys. We were able to enjoy dinner at sunset from the hotel restaurant. The narrow, cobblestone alleys were managed well by the hotel driver and added to the uniqueness of this hotel.”

“This is a very remote area, so it was extremely peaceful and beautiful. Food options are well over 20 mi or more away. It is off season, a lot of places around were closed, including the nature activities. If you are looking for a serene retreat this if your place, I would have loved to use the pool but it was out of season. Beautiful traditional stone house.”

“Bon rapport prestations/prix, hôtel très sympa. Déception quant à l'accès à une piscine notée dans la description. J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour ça et étions venus tôt pour profiter de la piscine que nous n'avons jamais vu. Hormis ce désagrément, bonne adresse.”

“Beautiful place for a quiet retreat holiday. Breakfasts were excellent and the staff was attentive and helpful. The daily spa time was a wonderful bonus as was the ease in accessing delicious dining in nearby towns. A fantastic stay!”

“Lovely small hotel in the small walled city of Bale. Very good breakfast buffet & excellent attached 5 star restaurant. Excellent service. For North American travellers, there is no elevator so you may want to transfer your travel items into a smaller carry-on. For the hotel, please add an in room kettle. As a traveller, sometimes you need to make yourself an herbal tea or an early morning coffee. Also, please have 100% overhead coverage of the areas connecting the buildings. It rained during……

“Very nice. New rooms”

“The room was nice and the view was beautiful. Location is great for walking. The staff were a little abrupt in helping but all good in the end. Very close to the ferry to Venice which was exactly what we needed.”

“Wir haben uns im La Loggia sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Deluxe-Zimmer war wirklich schön, das Frühstück super und das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich. Auch die Lage ist richtig toll! Der Meerblick vom Zimmer war zwar etwas eingeschränkt, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört – man geht nur etwa 15 Meter raus und hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! :)”
